ICMV 2013 conference papers will be published by SPIE, which will be included in SPIE Digital Library and indexed by Ei Compendex and ISI proceeding.

Registered papers of ICMV 2013 conference will be recommened to publish in China Communications (ISSN: 1673-5447; CN: 11-5439/TN),which is indexed by the SCIE (Science Citation Index-Expanded index since January 2007 and Scopus database since January 2009. Recommended papers should add at least 30% contents and will be reviewed by China Communications.
